Postage and delivery
All items are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Packages are covered by standard Post Office insurance (currently £46.00). If additional insurance is required to a greater value we can provide this at an additional cost, please ask for details if this is required. All stated postage charges are for UK delivery only, if overseas delivery is required please contact us for details of the additional cost. We endeavour to post all orders within 3 working days of payment being received, if payment is by cheque orders will be posted within 3 days of cheque clearance.

Returns and refunds
Please advise by e-mail of any damage or missing items within 48hrs of receipt of goods. Items may be returned only if these are not as described. They must be returned in as-sold condition and with original packaging (where possible). Return postage costs are not refundable. Please ensure that proof of postage is obtained when returning any item.

Description of goods
We take every care to ensure that our descriptions are as accurate as possible. All items are vintage or made of vintage materials and will therefore have the normal wear associated with such items. If further information is required on the condition of any item please ask us for a specific condition report.
